Miscommunication / Develop a feedback loop.

It has allowed me to grow. Thanks to MPIC I am now a much better person, as well as employee.

What’s your background?

I’m from Perry County, Mississippi. For years I have managed fast food restaurants including Taco Bell & Ward’s.
