What are your credentials/education/past experience, for working in your position?

B.A. Economics and Business; MBA in Business over 30 years’ experience in Operations and Sales and Marketing with several fortune 100 companies. My expertise is starting up new ventures and fixing businesses that are struggling.

What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

Obtaining the resources, commitments, and support to execute programs that will support the offender’s ability to successfully transition back into their community.

What do you like about working at MPIC?

The diverse operations and the mission to develop people’s skills so that they become productive citizens.

What’s your background?

I was raised in Connecticut less than 60 miles from New York City. I was very athletic and played several sports as well as worked in several jobs which gave me a solid work ethic.

What are the values that drive you?

I am very flexible and adaptive to whatever needs to be done. I look at everything as a learning opportunity and experience. I have a can-do attitude and am results-oriented. Team oriented creative, commitment to the client.

All of Dr. Mike Savage books. I enjoy the financial news and follow the markets in my free time.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I spend lots of time with the wife and kids, cooking, cleaning, chores around the house, shopping.
