What is something people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

Problem: Accepting New Changes

I have unique skills in communicating with Staff and Offenders who have problems not wanting to adapt to new changes. My 24 years of experience in the industry helps me accomplish company goals and get employees to buy into new changes.

What do you like about working at MPIC?

I like most like at MPIC is daily challenges in manufacturing products with inmate/offender labor. Teaching inmates new skills so that they can succeed in America’s workplace.

I grew up in Wilkinson County MS.
